Ladies Only Training  (NL)

Bellatrix Community en Tribe Grappling heten alle BJJ dames van harte welkom tijdens deze Women Only BJJ Training.
Het maakt niet uit bij welke gym je traint, op welk niveau en of  je wel of niet meedoet aan competities. Meld je aan en wees welkom!

We starten met een goede warming-up, gevolgd door een volledige NO GI defensive BJJ training, gegeven door Bianca en Raoul.
Vervolgens is er ruimte om vrij te rollen/sparren. Afsluitend is er tijd om te socializen met een drankje en een hapje.

De kosten voor het deelnemen zijn vijf euro per persoon, contant te betalen bij aanvang.
Parkeren is gratis en kan op het eigen terrein van Tribe Grappling.
Tijdens de training worden foto’s gemaakt door @lanapictures.nl ter promotie van Bellatrix Community

Ladies Only Training (EN)

Bellatrix Community and Tribe Grappling would like to welcome all NO GI BJJ ladies during this Women Only BJJ Training.
It doesn’t matter which gym you train at, at what level and whether or not you’re competing. Register and be welcome!

We start with a good warm-up, followed by a full BJJ training, given by Biance and Raoul.
After the training there will be an open mat and the chance to socialize with a drink and a snack.

The fee for participating is five euros per person, in cash at the start of the event.
Tribe Grappling has it’s own parking lot where you can park for free,
During the training there will be photos taken by @lanapictures.nl to promote Bellatrix Community
