Ladies Only Training (EN)

Calling all Brazilian Jiu Jitsu females! Join us for an exclusive Ladies Only BJJ Seminar hosted by Bellatrix Community and Amsterdam Grappling Academy (A.G.A.).

All academies and belt colors are welcome! Whether you’re a competitor or not, this seminar is for YOU!

What to expect

Get ready for an intense warm-up, followed by two incredible seminars. Half guard seminar by black belt Julio Vinke and open guard seminar by black belt Fernando Arce.
In between seminars there will be a break with some tasty snacks (like our famous bananabread) and after the seminar you can stick around for an open mat session.
Be sure to strike a pose during the session as @lanapictures.nl will be capturing some of the action to showcase and promote the Bellatrix Community.
Registration fee is only five euros per person, to be payed in cash at the start of the event. Secure your spot and let’s empower females in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on and off the mats! 💪

Optional: We think eating together is a great way to continu building connections. That’s why we planned to go out for pizza and drinks after the event. Let us know if you’re joining.
