Ladies Only Seminar + Open Mat

Calling all Brazilian Jiu Jitsu females! Join us for an exclusive Ladies Only BJJ Seminar hosted by Bellatrix Community and Sportvision Honeybadgers. Open to all academies and belt colors. Whether you’re a competitor or not, this seminar is for YOU!

What to expect
Get ready for an intense warm-up and incredible seminar: Choi Bar by black belt Gilian Jansen. Followed by a ladies only open mat session and time to socialize with a snack. Registration fee is only five euros per person, to be payed in cash at the start of the event.  Secure your spot and let’s empower females in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on and off the mats! 💪

For all the pizza lovers 🍕 out there: after the event, there’s the option to order delivery pizza, and have “dinner” together at the Sportvision lounge.
