Working on your guard game through CLA 🥋

Ready to level up your Jiu-Jitsu in a different way?

For Bellatrix 11 we’re doing things a little differently. This edition will be led by female black belt Selina van der Meer, who will teach a BJJ GI seminar focused on working on your guard game through the Constraints-Led Approach (CLA).
Instead of memorizing step-by-step techniques, CLA (Constraints-Led Approach) helps you develop your own game by solving realistic BJJ situations. Through carefully designed games and specific constraints, you’ll discover effective solutions, improve your timing, decision-making, and adaptability, and build skills that transfer directly to live rolling. Expect an interactive session with lots of movement, problem-solving, and plenty of mat time alongside an amazing group of women and girls. A small change to the Bellatrix concept

Bellatrix has always been a non-profit community, and that will not change.
Due to organizational reasons, we will no longer be providing snacks and drinks after the seminar. Because of this change, there is no participation fee anymore.
Bellatrix events are now completely free of charge. We will still finish with our traditional ladies-only open mat, followed by time to hang out and socialize together.

Registration is still mandatory

Although the event is free, registration remains required. This allows us to keep track of the number of participants and close registrations if the mat reaches its maximum safe capacity.
