Calling all Brazilian Jiu Jitsu females! Join us for an exclusive Ladies Only BJJ Seminar hosted by Bellatrix Community and Carlson Gracie Amsterdam. Open to all academies and belt colors. Whether you’re a competitor or not, this seminar is for YOU!

What to expect
Get ready for an incredible GI seminar: X Guard from Takedown by female black belt Olga Lyashevska. Followed by a ladies only open mat session and time to socialize with a snack. Registration fee is only five euros per person, to be payed in cash at the start of the event.  Secure your spot and let’s empower females in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on and off the mats! 💪
