Ladies Only – Lapel Chokes Seminar (GI) + D’Arce Choke and Footlock Seminar (NO GI) + Open Mat

Calling all Brazilian Jiu Jitsu females! Join us for an exclusive Ladies Only BJJ Seminar hosted by Bellatrix Community and 300 Jiu Jitsu. Open to all academies and belt colors. Whether you’re a competitor or not, this seminar is for YOU!

What to expect
Get ready for an incredible seminar in GI & NO GI. We start with a GI seminar on Lapel chokes. After a short break we switch over to NO GI for D’Arce Chokes and Footlocks. All by black belt Angelo Storm. Followed by a ladies only open mat session and time to socialize with a snack. Registration fee is only five euros per person, to be payed in cash at the start of the event.  Secure your spot and let’s empower females in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on and off the mats! 💪
