At Bellatrix 10 we’re going ALL IN on chokes and submissions in both Gi & No-Gi:

• In the Gi: expect nasty lapel chokes

• In No-Gi: we’re hunting necks with the D’Arce choke and yes… we’re attacking the legs too with footlocks.

• We’ll wrap things up with a ladies-only open mat and time to socialize with snacks.
