Calling all Brazilian Jiu Jitsu females! Join us for an exclusive Ladies Only BJJ Seminar hosted by Bellatrix Community and Team Coolen. Open to all academies and belt colors. Whether you’re a competitor or not, this seminar is for YOU!

What to expect
Get ready for an incredible seminar: Guard Passing Gi Seminar by black belt Marjolein Groenen and brown belt Veronique Theunis. Followed by a ladies only open mat session and time to socialize with a snack. Registration fee is only five euros per person, to be payed in cash at the start of the event.  Secure your spot and let’s empower females in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on and off the mats! 💪
