What to expect
Get ready for an incredible seminar: Lasso Guard by black belt Efigénio Luis. Followed by a ladies only open mat session and time to socialize with a snack. Registration fee is only five euros per person, to be payed in cash at the start of the event.  Secure your spot and let’s empower females in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu on and off the mats! 💪
